Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and speculative futures methodologies
- Build and manage a proprietary foresight intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
