Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Drive R&D initiatives for sustainable and ethical tech solutions
- Mentor innovation champions across global teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Foresight, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
- Strong data literacy and analytical modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI) preferred
