Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies and future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market needs
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and innovation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and forecasting tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
