Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026 strategic opportunities
- Develop and implement foresight methodologies to predict market shifts and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committee
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS) preferred
