Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum convergence domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical implementation of exponential technologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Design and facilitate future-state simulations for enterprise clients
- Mentor internal 'Future Foresight' talent development program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 8+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Expertise in technology convergence patterns and exponential growth modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
