Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
