- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
