Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future market needs
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and track future-readiness metrics
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking and adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, SWOT-PESTLE analysis)
- Track record of implementing innovation strategies with measurable business impact
