Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps through AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop future-proof business models for quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market disruption
- Publish quarterly horizon reports that shape industry thought leadership
- Manage partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation consulting, product development, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
