Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with actionable strategic insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map technological disruptions and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic positioning for 2026 market landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier global conferences on future technologies
- Quantify emerging market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements globally
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools and data visualization
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives launched within last 5 years
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
