Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Model complex systems dynamics to anticipate market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products or strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (articles, books, white papers)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
