Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to develop actionable 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies within 18-month cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
