Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Produce high-impact scenario forecasts and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D pipeline development
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with global teams in multinational corporations
