Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on post-quantum cryptography or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and impact assessment
- Track record of scaling exponential ventures (e.g., AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Foresight Methodology preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
