Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Champion emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) as innovation catalysts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Drive pilot programs for future-ready business models and organizational structures
- Advise leadership on existential risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership (published research, keynotes, patents)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global stakeholder engagement
