Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track strategic progress
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation initiatives
