Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps (2026-2030) using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global markets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration
- Develop proprietary trend reports and innovation frameworks for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights at executive forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams
