Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate emerging technologies and business models
- Deliver keynote presentations and thought leadership on future trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in foresight, innovation consulting, or strategic planning roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures visually and verbally
- Strong background in at least two future-critical domains: AI, climate tech, biotechnology, or digital sociology
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating insights into organizational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects or published thought leadership
