As a thought leader at our innovation hub in San Francisco, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to forecast paradigm shifts, develop scenario-based roadmaps, and drive initiatives that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and communicate scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ business transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate foresight outputs into actionable business strategy and investment priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Track record of driving enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) highly valued
