- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking, agile methodologies, and ethical tech development
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
