Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning across global markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on emerging technologies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and market opportunities
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines to accelerate future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decision-making
