Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with strategic potential through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate foresight into organizational strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using futures thinking methodologies
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation domains
