Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains to forecast 2026+ market conditions
- Develop and maintain the company's strategic innovation framework and 3-year roadmap
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight and innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or foresight research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
