Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into executive-ready insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic, technological, environmental) and assess business implications
- Design and implement strategic innovation pipelines for 2026 market readiness
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, corporate strategy, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making mindset
