Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for market expansion and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Identify partnership opportunities and strategic investments for future-proofing business operations
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding foresight methodologies into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched from foresight work
