- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design future-proofing strategies for product lifecycles
- Present findings to investors and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis and predictive modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
