- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-ready technologies
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across departments
- Pioneer thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) required
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
