Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) to map 2026 industry scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and probabilistic modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board stakeholders
- Design adaptive organizational structures and talent models for 2026 workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Represent company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
