Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to evaluate disruption risks and opportunities across industries
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build quantitative models forecasting market adoption curves and competitive dynamics
- Represent InnovateX at global forums as a thought leader on future-facing strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
