Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends in technology, economics, and social behavior to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product and service blueprints
- Advose C-suite executives on emerging risks and disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-back strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruption vectors
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
