Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving sectors
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of predictive scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Certification in Futures Methodology (preferred) or related credentials
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
