- Create executive reports on future workforce and skill evolution
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (blockchain, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
