Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for autonomous systems integration and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize quantum computing applications with climate resilience models
- Author forward-looking white papers positioning Horizon Dynamics as thought leadership in 2026 innovation landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technologies in neuro-interfaces and synthetic biology
- Design KPI frameworks measuring organizational preparedness for societal shifts driven by 6G networks and brain-compute interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend synthesis using tools like Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from Association of Professional Futurists preferred
