Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' forecasting market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable growth models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
