- Build an internal futures intelligence network across global operations
- Advise C-suite on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
