Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year scenario roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author executive briefings and thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops integrating foresight into corporate strategy
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting future business landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
