Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build proprietary forecasting models integrating geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic variables
- Curate exclusive 'Future State' workshops for Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer) and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with 50+ executive presentations on future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFCS from University of Houston) or equivalent
