- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Advocate for ethical innovation practices in high-stakes decision-making
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise clients with customized future-strategy portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in consulting, innovation strategy, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of trend analysis influencing C-suite decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
