Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize diverse perspectives into cohesive future roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive market forces and paradigm shifts
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with long-term future-state projections
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into tangible organizational strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
