Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to inform 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their commercial implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and strategic alignment
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-critical solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning methodologies and trend mapping
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience with emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating insights to executive audiences
