Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and execution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on industry evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to anticipate competitive shifts
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through data-driven insights
