- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive technologies for early-stage investment
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness across departments
- Represent the organization at industry foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) required
