Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state strategies
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or client-led transformation projects
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix analysis
