Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and climate resilience by 2026
- Develop predictive models using machine learning and scenario planning frameworks
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients adapting to post-2025 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing operations
- Author thought leadership publications distributed at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Partner with venture capital firms to evaluate emerging tech startups
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research or whitepapers
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into executive insights
