Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and business adaptation
- Partner with R&D and executive teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce actionable trend reports and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, sustainability, and digital transformation
- Mentor junior strategists and build future intelligence capabilities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing decision-making
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) strongly preferred
