Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI)
- Architect human-centered innovation roadmaps addressing climate resilience and societal evolution
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders through immersive VR/AR interfaces
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation architects
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 firms
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of implementing 10-year strategic roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, FutureHacking)
