Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating trend insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
