Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual Future State Reports with predictive scenario modeling
- Design cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready strategies into corporate planning
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for adoption pathways
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in futures research, strategy consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and disruption patterns
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience facilitating cross-disciplinary innovation initiatives
