Responsibilities

- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design and implement innovation incubators for emerging business models
- Represent the organization at global future-focused forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, data modeling, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
