Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Produce annual Future State reports for executive and board audiences
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and research institutions
- Architect organizational resilience models for technological disruption
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
